Berkley, Michigan – User Friendly EMR has achieved 2011/2012 Ambulatory Complete EHR ONC-ATCB Certification, which designates that the software is capable of supporting providers with Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). User Friendly EMR was certified on May 23, 2012 under ICSA Labs’ ONC-ATCB Electronic Health Record program and is compliant in accordance with the criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
“From the ground up, our software was designed with the physician in mind, quick, simple and easy to navigate,” said Andrew Trestrail, President User Friendly EMR. “With our ONC-ATCB Certification, we are now able to offer a complete solution to help your practice achieve Meaningful Use compliance as quickly and efficiently as possible all while improving the quality of care each patient receives. Our software simplifies and alleviates much of the administrative burdens commonly associated with EHR technology while allowing a practice and its’ staff to focus on what is important; patient care. ”
ICSA Labs, an independent division of Verizon, offers vendor-neutral testing and certification. Its electronic health record certification and testing program provides verification that the certified EHR technology supports meaningful use, as well as helps health care organizations protect sensitive and private patient information.
The additional software relied upon to comply with one or more of the certification criteria includes Quest Care360.
